RGI designs and manufactures batch ovensfor industrial curing of liquid and powder coatings. Featuring high-quality direct-fired burners, these ovens ensure efficient heating and fast processing.

RGI batch ovens are built for durability and efficiency, featuring an internal frame with interlocking insulated panels for easy installation. The optimized airflow system, with internal ductwork and dedicated blowers, ensures balanced heating and fast ramp-up times. The Control Panel provides a user-friendly interface with batch timers, alarms, programmable recipes, and diagnostics.

These gas-fired batch ovens come equipped with a Honeywell digital temperature controller, Maxon burners (natural gas or propane), powered exhaust with automatic purge timers, and high-temp limit controls. Designed to meet NFPA, FM, IRI, and OSHA standards, they include a ceiling-mounted burner box, distribution ductwork, and an electrical control panel. Standard features also include double doors on one end and **460/480 VAC, 3-phase, 60Hz power compatibility.

For shipping, key components like the burner box, manifold, electrical control panel, and powered exhaust fan come fully assembled, while insulated panels, doors, and ductwork are pre-fabricated for easy installation. The package includes all necessary fasteners, mounting hardware, and detailed assembly, startup, and operation instructions.
