RGI Spraybooths Spray Booth Heaters:

RGI Spraybooths offers high-performance spray booth heaters designed to maintain consistent, controlled heat inside your booth. Our heaters ensure proper drying and curing of coatings, helping you achieve a smooth, durable finish while reducing drying time and boosting production efficiency.

RGI Spraybooths Air Makeup Units (AMU):

Our Air Makeup Units (AMU) replace the air exhausted from your spray booth with fresh, filtered, and temperature-controlled air. RGI Spraybooths’ AMUs maintain proper airflow and pressure balance, reducing contamination and ensuring even paint application. By enhancing air quality and operational efficiency, our AMUs often work alongside heaters for the best finishing results.

RGI Spraybooths Batch Ovens for Powder Coating:

RGI Spraybooths provides high-quality batch ovens designed to cure powder-coated parts in batches rather than through a continuous line. After parts are coated with dry powder paint, they are placed in our ovens, where heat causes the powder to melt, flow, and form a smooth, durable finish. Our batch ovens are perfect for custom jobs, small production runs, and large or uniquely shaped parts. With flexible loading options like racks or carts and heating choices including gas, electric elements, or infrared systems, RGI Spraybooths’ batch ovens offer precise temperature control for even curing and top-quality results.

Flexible BTU and Airflow Configurations for Spray and Bake Operations

RGI heating systems are available in multiple BTU and airflow configurations to match a wide range of spray and bake applications. Heater capacities range from 1,000,000 to 3,500,000 BTU, supporting airflow from approximately 12,000 up to 33,000 CFM. Systems are designed to maintain consistent spray temperatures from 55°F to 90°F and bake temperatures from 90°F to 160°F for reliable finishing and curing performance. Each unit includes a V-bank filter section with 2-inch pre-filters, a PB1000SLP control panel for precise spray and cure temperature control, and single-speed spray and bake operation. Backward-incline belt-drive blowers and VFD-controlled exhaust and intake provide efficient, balanced airflow across all operating modes.

High-Efficiency Direct-Fired Make-Up Air Heating Technology

Direct-Fired Make-Up Air Heaters are engineered with high-performance internal components for reliability, efficiency, and precise temperature control in demanding industrial and commercial environments. At the core is an innovative two-stage combustion burner with dual flame zones that deliver superior flame stability, cleaner combustion, and consistent heat output. This advanced design meets or exceeds ANSI standards while reducing emissions and allowing higher temperature rise with greater tolerance to changing airflow conditions. Heavy-duty burner assemblies, precision gas trains, and integrated safety controls work together to ensure long service life and reduced maintenance. These systems are ideal for applications requiring large volumes of exhausted air to be replaced efficiently. Low NOx burner options are available upon request.

Efficient Direct-Fired Make-Up Air Technology for Industrial Performance

Direct-fired make-up air technology is designed to efficiently heat 100% outdoor air for industrial and commercial environments that exhaust large volumes of air. By drawing fresh air directly across the burner flame, the system delivers fast, consistent heat without the energy losses associated with heat exchangers. This results in higher thermal efficiency, lower operating costs, and quicker temperature response. Direct-fired systems help maintain proper building pressure, improve indoor air quality, and support stable process conditions. Common applications include paint booths, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and industrial workspaces where reliable airflow, precise temperature control, and continuous ventilation are critical to productivity and performance.

RGI Flash Ovens: High-Efficiency Infrared Curing, Faster, Cleaner Finishing

RGI Flash Ovens are designed to rapidly dry, gel, or cure coatings by delivering high-intensity infrared heat directly to the surface of the part. Commonly used between coating stages, they efficiently flash off solvents and moisture prior to additional paint, clear coat application, or handling. This process improves finish quality by reducing defects such as solvent pop, runs, and contamination while significantly shortening overall cycle times. RGI’s advanced gas-fired catalytic infrared technology combines fresh air and fuel to create an oxygen-rich combustion process that delivers consistent, high-amplitude infrared energy at effective curing distances of 6 to 8 feet. Catalytic combustion produces only CO₂ and water vapor, eliminating harmful emissions. Integrated pyrometers provide precise surface temperature control, maximizing productivity, energy efficiency, and floor-space savings.

No matter your booth upgrade needs, RGI Spraybooths delivers the right solution with advanced technology and exceptional performance. Contact us today to discuss your options and take your finishing process to the next level.
