Warranty
All system options come with a new system warranty.
Coverage: The seller warrants to the original buyer that the products conform to the description and specifications outlined in the attached quotation. Materials produced by the seller are warranted for 12 months from the date of shipment to be free from defects in materials or manufacturing.
*Third-Party Items: Products from other manufacturers are covered exclusively by their respective manufacturers' warranties.
*Exclusions: All other warranties, whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, or trade usage, are excluded. This includes special damages arising directly or indirectly from a breach of warranty, sale, handling, or use of the products.
Warranty Nullification: This warranty is null and void if any person other than an authorized representative of the warrantor attempts to service or modify the product before its return under this warranty.
*Liability Limitation: The seller’s liability, whether for breach of warranty or negligence, is strictly limited, at the seller’s discretion, to:
(a) Replacement of the defective product at the agreed point of delivery
(b) Repair of the defective product
(c) Credit or refund of the purchase price to the buyer
Work Authorization: The seller will not accept back charges for any work done by the buyer unless explicitly authorized in writing by the seller.
PRODUCT SUITABILITY
Construction, installation, and usage codes for paint spray booths vary by state and locality and may be interpreted differently across regions. While RGI strives to ensure its spray booths comply with applicable regulations, it cannot guarantee compliance and is not responsible for installation or usage. Before purchasing and using a spray booth, customers must review all relevant national and local codes and regulations to ensure the product, installation, and usage meet compliance requirements.

Shipping Policy:
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are on an FOB Point of Origin basis. Once goods are handed over to the carrier, the buyer assumes all responsibility and risk of loss. The buyer is also responsible for all shipping, handling, and applicable taxes. If an order is refused without valid reason, the full remaining balance becomes due immediately.
Please make sure to carefully inspect all equipment for visible damage before the driver leaves. If damage is found, the best option is to refuse the shipment. If you decide to accept the shipment, sign the Bill of Lading as “Possible Hidden Damage,” since some issues may not be immediately visible. In cases where the equipment has minor or acceptable damage, RGI will assist with replacement parts, touch-up paint, and filing a freight claim, provided that the damage is clearly noted on the Bill of Lading. To support the claim process, clear photographs of any damage are required.
