Full Permit Process
Available in select areas where RGI maintains local representation, this turnkey service covers the complete permitting cycle. RGI prepares and submits all required documentation directly to local authorities and coordinates with Building, Fire, and Air Quality departments as needed.
This option minimizes administrative workload and ensures your permit package fully aligns with jurisdictional requirements. Customers reimburse any permit fees charged by the local authority and must provide site information necessary for submittal.
Basic Permit + Installation
Designed for projects outside RGI’s represented territories, this option is ideal when customers prefer to handle their own permit submittals. RGI provides the complete technical documentation package — including engineered drawings and specifications enabling you to apply directly with local agencies.
Once approvals are granted, RGI’s traveling installation crew completes the booth installation in accordance with the approved plans and manufacturer specifications. Customers are responsible for submitting permits, coordinating inspections, and paying local fees.
Customer Roles and Responsibilities
While RGI provides engineering documentation and installation support, customers are responsible for:
