Fresh air enters through a full-length, filtered ceiling plenum and flows straight down over the entire vehicle, surrounding it in clean air just like the systems used in most high-end, professional body shops. When the airflow reaches the floor, it’s pulled evenly into filtered exhaust plenums on both sides of the booth. The result is a safer work environment, cleaner finishes, and the kind of paint quality that keeps shops competitive at the highest level.

Heavy Duty Construction:

All of our single wall booths are made with premium G90 18 ga. Zinc galvanized steel panels, companion flanged and pre-punched at 6" on center for easy assembly with 1/4" nuts and bolts. Single Wall. Better air flow, lighting, and strength because of gabled roof design. RGI uses high-quality hardware — including heavy-duty latches, long-lasting brass bushings, durable hollow rubber seals and sturdy handles — to ensure ease of use and many years of reliable service. Hinges and latches stay secured and are fully adjustable for a perfect fit. Our weld-free designs prevent against weak points and corrosion, making for a sturdy, long-lasting booth.
